Request prepared
Your request is ready to send.
This page confirms one thing only: your consultation request summary was prepared on your device. It is not a confirmed booking, and nothing has been sent to Clayton yet.
Next step
Put it in Clayton's hands
Send your summary to Clayton one of these two ways:
1
Text it
Text your downloaded summary (and any photos, including the required photo of your existing tattoo for a cover-up) to Clayton at (561) 281-2563.
3
Then Clayton replies
Clayton reviews every request personally and replies with next steps, an honest quote, and available dates. A deposit is required to lock an appointment date; the amount is confirmed at your consultation.
If your summary did not download, or you reached this page without preparing a request, start on the consultation page and the summary will be built for you.
