Clayton Parnell grew up in Tennessee and has called Palm Beach County home since 2001. He started tattooing in Fort Lauderdale about five years ago and now works out of Wooden Heart Tattoos in West Palm Beach, drawing on a traditional foundation and pushing it into saturated color, Japanese scale, and cover-up work that gives old tattoos a second life.

Request a consultation
Send the consultation request with your style, placement, size, and idea. For cover-ups, include a clear photo of the existing tattoo (required, because the design starts from what's already there).

Talk it through, free
Clayton reviews every request personally. You'll talk design, placement, sessions, and an honest quote, including whether the idea needs adjusting to age well. A deposit is required to lock an appointment date; the amount is confirmed at your consultation.

Get tattooed
Show up with photo ID (18+ only), rested and fed. You'll leave with aftercare instructions tailored to South Florida, sun, pool, and ocean included.
